Virtual, nationwide, and on your schedule. Choose the visit type that fits where you are right now. If you are unsure, the Intro Consultation is the right place to figure everything out.
Select a visit type and time
Intro Consultation
For people new to GLP-1 care or exploring whether it is right for them. Full health history review, goals, eligibility, options, and next steps.
Ramp-Up Check-In
For people adjusting dose, working through side effects, or finding an early stable rhythm in treatment.
Maintenance Visit
For people already in treatment who want steady, ongoing support including monitoring, refinement, and long-term planning.
Not sure which visit type to choose? The Intro Consultation is always the right starting point. You can transfer to a different care track after we talk.
What to have ready
- A list of your current medications and supplements
- Relevant medical history (metabolic, cardiovascular, or diabetes-related in particular)
- A sense of what you have tried before and how it went
- Your goals and any specific concerns or questions
You do not need everything perfectly organized. Bring what you have.
What booking does and does not mean
Booking a consultation creates space for a thorough evaluation. It does not guarantee any specific prescription or treatment outcome.
A visit where the answer is “not yet” or “a different approach makes more sense” is still a useful visit. You will leave with honest guidance, not just access.
Visits are virtual and nationwide. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
Not quite ready to book?
Start with a brief intake form. It takes about two minutes and helps you clarify whether an Intro Consultation makes sense right now.
Prefer to book directly? Go straight to the Intro Consultation booking and skip the form entirely.
You will be speaking with Dr. Benjamin Caplan, MD
