Utility or Insurance Bills
- Utility bill (gas, electric, phone, cable, or heating oil) – no older than 60 days
- Car insurance policy or bill – no older than 60 days
Vehicle and Registration
- Massachusetts motor vehicle registration (current)
Government-Issued Documents
- First-class mail from a federal or state agency – within 60 days
- Property or excise tax bill (current year)
- Census or Census Verification (current year)
- Jury Duty Summons (within 3 months)
