Frequently Asked Questions
What documents do I need to complete Massachusetts medical cannabis registration?
You need two categories of documents: proof of identification (a driver’s license, Massachusetts state ID, or passport) and proof of residency (one full-page document showing your name, address, and a valid date within the required timeframe, such as a utility bill, lease, or vehicle registration).
What counts as proof of residency if I don’t have a recent utility bill?
CED Clinic accepts several alternatives, including a current homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, a Massachusetts vehicle registration, first-class mail from a federal or state agency within 60 days, a current-year property or excise tax bill, or a certified voter registration.
How do I submit my registration documents to CED Clinic?
You can email your documents to Jack@CEDclinic.com or text them to 617-500-3595. CED Clinic will confirm once your documents are received and validated.
