A case report demonstrates how tuberculous peripancreatic lymphadenitis bile duct obstruction can present as obstructive jaundice in patients from TB-endemic regions. The case highlights the importance of considering extrapulmonary tuberculosis in the differential diagnosis of bile duct obstruction. Characteristic imaging findings and tissue sampling provided definitive diagnosis in this patient without pulmonary symptoms.
