1) Payment

Full payment is required before content is published. Payment confirms acceptance of these terms. No refunds will be issued once the post is live—including for misunderstanding, noncompliance, or underperformance in search.

2) Content Submission

Content must be final and ready to publish, including SEO metadata and verified image rights. Incomplete or non-compliant posts will be rejected or returned for revision.

3) Publication Duration

Posts run for either a monthly term or a 3-month bundle. They automatically expire at the end of the term unless renewed at least 5 business days in advance. Early removal is at our discretion without refund.

4) Link Guidelines & Google Compliance

All outbound links must use rel="sponsored" and/or rel="nofollow". We do not allow dofollow links in paid content. Links to prohibited industries (crypto, adult, gambling, payday loans, etc.) are not accepted.

5) Ownership & Rights

Sponsor retains content ownership; we reserve editorial control over formatting, headline, URL slug, images, disclosures, and placement. We may remove posts at any time for legal or compliance reasons, without refund.

6) Liability

We are not liable for SEO rankings, search visibility, or third-party platform changes. Sponsors are responsible for legal and regulatory compliance (FTC, FDA, etc.).

7) Termination of Services

Violations of these terms or applicable regulations
Spammy link behavior or disreputable marketing by sponsor/referrer
Association with misleading, harmful, or penalized SEO practices
Reputational risk to our medical/editorial teams or our domains
Cloaking, false personas, AI spam, or fraud tied to the sponsor

We reserve the right to submit a Google disavow request and blacklist problematic referrers across platforms.
