Cannabis Green Cream Soup Recipe

This soup can be enhanced with any of your favorite vegetables.


  • Soup Pot
  • Frying Pan
  • Hand-Blender or Regular blender (optional)


  • ​3 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 and 1/2 cup heavy cream (canna-cream may be substituted or blended with regular cream for increased potency)
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ​Canna-Oil (dose-dependent)


1. Heat vegetable stock and broccoli in a large pot

  • Boil for around 6 minutes

2. On another burner, saute garlic, onion and celery in olive oil until soft — about 4 minutes ​

3. Take the pan off the heat and add desired dose of canna-oil to vegetables

  • Stir thoroughly and then pour mixture in to the big soup pot
  • Be sure to scrape all material to get the maximum amount of canna-oil

4. Heat for another 6–8 minutes then reduce heat to low and add heavy cream, add salt and pepper to taste

5. Let simmer for 5 minutes, serve hot 

​Garnish with cilantro if desired
