The Caplan Bespoke Glass Collection
Crafted for connoisseurs. Every piece in this limited collection balances beauty, function, and narrative—each flame-worked by a master artist with intention and precision.
Clarity Spoon
This elegant white glass spoon pipe evokes the clarity of snowlight on quartz. Small enough to fit in the palm, yet shaped with balance and heft, it offers a smooth, even draw and can sit flat on a surface without tipping.
Refined Sherlock
This long, modern-stem sherlock has the feel of an old-world pipe reimagined in clean snow-colored borosilicate. A narrow bowl draws smoke downward into a lengthened stem, which cools the experience. Graceful, balanced, and unmistakably handmade.
Arcane Sherlock
This curious, asymmetrical form is part Gandalf, part Art Deco. A double-wall design cools the draw while showing off the artist’s flame manipulation. The internal spiral is more than decorative—it acts as a diffuser and subtle statement. A conversation starter that performs as well as it stuns.
About the Artist
Each piece in the Caplan Collection was hand-shaped and flame-polished by Devin, a veteran glassblower with over 15 years of experience. His studio fuses traditional techniques with experimental form, and he’s known for bringing out the emotional expressiveness in functional art.
Our Mission
This collection was born from the belief that functional tools deserve the same aesthetic reverence as gallery art. We believe the objects we bring to ritual—whether medical, spiritual, or playful—should reflect our values, our curiosity, and our creative selves.
What Sets This Glass Apart
- Flame-worked by hand using premium borosilicate glass for strength and purity
- Designed with both visual beauty and cooling function in mind
- Each piece is one-of-a-kind—no molds, no repetition, just mastery
- Safe for high-heat use and easy to clean without degrading over time
Why Most Glass Doesn’t Compare:
- Mass-produced pipes are made with lower-quality materials and quick molds
- They often contain stress points that crack under regular use
- Rarely offer the balance, symmetry, or airflow refinement of artisan work
- Most are made for scale, not soul
