Medical Cannabis Care Is More Than THC Potency
For chronic pain, randomized trials show small average benefits from cannabis-based products alongside more adverse effects. A useful care plan considers the product, dose, goals, and tolerability, then checks whether the patient is actually doing better. Higher THC alone does not answer those questions.
