Family Health Collaboration
A physician relationship that goes beyond a single visit
CED Clinic offers two ways into that relationship, depending on what your family needs.
Erin Caplan, NP
Erin works directly with families who want an ongoing partner in their child’s care, not just a scheduled visit. Her support is available daily and guaranteed by the year: up to three calls per week, with a quarterly review of how your child’s plan is progressing.
After each check-in, you’ll have a clear, current picture of the plan, so you always know what changed, why, and what comes next.
For cannabis-based treatment, Erin works closely with Dr. Caplan to select the right products, dosing, and course of care, and follows each case meticulously, adjusting as your child responds.

Benjamin Caplan, MD
Dr. Caplan takes on a limited number of complex pediatric cases directly, particularly where standard approaches have not worked or the picture has outgrown a single appointment.
These personal consultations follow the same model as his Private Physician Advisory practice: one physician holding the larger clinical view across specialists and records, helping a family slow down, understand the medical reality, and clarify the choices in front of them.
