With the rising prevalence of marijuana use and increasing rates of complex spinal deformity surgeries, understanding the impact of preoperative marijuana use is critical. This study examines how preoperative marijuana use influences functional recovery and complications after spinopelvic fusion. Findings suggest no significant differences in outcomes between marijuana users and non-users.
